I am Joe Herobrome, the buck toothed jesus.
I am destined to molest all of the five hundred companions.
You better have a goddamn good excuse as to why you suddenly changed a 9 year old flash game to serve as a fucking cheap marketing gimmick for a SEQUEL that you want to milk the fuck out of with this 'premium content' bullshit? This is a terrible decision and a terrible way to treat the fans you have at newgrounds and wherever the fuck you take your game at.
And it doesn't help that its a shoddy, half assed, downgraded, meet n' fuck version of the last three '2.0' versions. The characters are atrociously designed than your previous works, the interactivity is pretty much nonexistent than what you have promised, you sacrifice the quality of the work for the sake of quantity and content. And that's saying something when you start charging by the month to visit said content that aren't even worth the attention given. You can't take criticisms, you can't take advise, and you can't let your precious image and ego be ruined because of the obvious truth you can't face.
You suck Crow. You fell SO HARD from where you previously were. Fuck you, fuck the empty promises, fuck the bullshit, fuck this marketing clusterfuck of a porn/flash game and fuck whatever respect I and everyone else have left of you.
Wow, and here I am working on an exclusive build for Newgrounds that fixes a number of graphical and code errors. Updates will be seen across both the Games website and Newgrounds today.
Also, The new Gold Subscription system has allowed more progress to occur in one year then all previous 9 years combined. Subscriptions allow me to keep making these games.
UPDATE: Okay! First wave of updates to the new version are in! I'm not even close to being done but I hope you see that this as an improvement.
Needs a lot more work. And it should have something more than just 3 buttons .
There's a lot to be said in this game. It was a fun, learning experience that I am sure will change my outlook on the functionality of the brain. What's interesting is how this is conceived into a game. (albeit, an addictive and learning one) Especially how the game can be challenging and creative. Repetitive at first, but it can suck you in to forget about it and play again.
Great but one problem
The lack of a save feature kinda ruins the hardwork most people went through. XD
I think I understand the concept
I think I figured out what was up in this game. I been stumped for a day but I may have uncovered it.
Apparently the town of sunny town are ponies who have blank flanks. And Ruby, the ghostly looking pony with a magnifying glass for her cutie mark arrived in that same town. The blanks were probably jelous of Ruby, or either that or she was onto something as to why the ponies had blank flanks. (Or another sinister outcome?)
The name ruby was very peculiar too as to the ruby you found burried in the dirt. It could had very well foreshadowed her name if we couldn't find it obvious. XD
And Mitta, I think was the only pony who regretted what they did to Ruby but did nothing to stop the others. So I'm guessing, Ruby's death had befell a curse on the town and they had to endure that punishment even in death.
I'ts still skeptical but that's the best summary I can come up with this game.
Very creepy, very good and well made. x3 And at first, I didn't suspect that the strange icon where you went to the fireplace was a pony. But now I knew. Hahaha. XD
Very nice creepy game.
This isn't art; it's a lame excuse for a flash game in which you and others make to consider 'creative' when your not looking at what games really are.
Games are art themselves; they don't need any creative new shit put in; their creative enough as it is. Even with replay buttons or 'walking back' or subtle messages that MAKE SENSE!
One Chance is just another such game that isn't really creative as it is annoying. Like videogames; we play flash games to escape reality and UNDERSTAND the concept of a subtle game.
One Chance restricts you of your replay feature; gives you very limited choices, hardly any subtle messages and the only tragedy ever is the trauma the character endures. But There's nothing 'artsy' about this.
A real art game is a game in which you can understand the game and re-experience the consequences of our actions in the game. (Which is why we get a replay game.)
Even Heavy Rain has a replay option! And you don't get to replay unless you beaten the game and redo everything in a different pattern. There's no point made, no emotion whatsoever from the character and the story isn't dramatized.
This game would go definitely good on Xbox Live Arcade. This game is awesome. I love the story, the graphics, the story and art.
It seems like a killer game.
There's nothing else to tell. 10/10
Controls need woork
Love the goodness of the art and blood; the story and graphics; but the controls and gameplay need work. I mean it was tough trying to control the car WITH tires; and the turns are proven quite difficult.
A bit of problems.
While playing all three games I have noticed that there was quite a few plot holes and the fact that the game is not only short; but had a sour ending.
I rarely got to see the many other characters such as Ann and Chesire cat; even though there are references on them.
The series could had gone longer, rather it would end on episode 5. We rarely got to see the queen at all in the series; we hardly saw Alice even if she was the girl in black, and very few puzzles and difficult item pickups.
The ending is what kinda ruined it for me; there was questions still unanswered and they weren't best answered in a way I hoped it would.
